Volunteer and become part of our team!
As we finish up the season and get ready to enjoy our summer I would like to take this time to thank everyone for choosing the OCHL and we hope to see you back next year.

We cannot forget the many volunteers that help make this association the success that it has been. That being said there is always ways to improve and we have identified areas that we need to correct and those changes have been made for next year already.

A special thanks to all the Executive who put in hundreds of hours behind the scene that are sometimes forgotten.

If you want to become part of our team on or off the bench please fill out the application below.

Some words from a couple of our great volunteers.

"Coaching with OCHL and Oshawa Hawks has been an unbelievably rewarding experience. I didn't anticipate the the amount joy I would get from being a coach to the players and interacting with parents. The OCHL support staff are so well organized and provide resources such as online practice plan software and supplies needed for practice. Along with the coach mentors available, this makes the transition from parent to coach extremely smooth. Congratulations to players, parents, and the OCHL association for such an amazing year!"
James Ibbott - Head Coach - U11 Kingsview

"Coaching in the OCHL this season has been incredibly rewarding. Witnessing the growth and camaraderie among the players, alongside the enthusiastic support from both the kids and their parents, made every moment memorable. The OCHL's consistent support and resources ensured a smooth and enjoyable coaching experience. Excited to continue the journey next year with the OCHL!"

Thomas Lock - Head Coach - U11 Simcoe St

"After years of coaching in Oshawa, I moved over to OCHL and had an excellent time coaching.  Everyone was very welcoming and the organization does a tremendous amount of work to keep the costs low for the families.
I was given the opportunity to coach both house league and select and look forward to doing it again for years to come.'

Dennis Wilson - Head Coach - U15 Northminster & U14 OCHL Hawks Select

DYLANS NO FRILLS
WHO WE ARE "We had to close the doors at 10:30 this morning and let people in as other people left." It was the kind of problem every store manager dreams of, especially on opening day. The first No Frills® prototype store had swung open its doors in East York, near Toronto. The reaction on the part of shoppers was enthusiastic, to say the least. "The rush never stopped," explained Loblaws manager Robert St. Jean, back in July 1978. "We're really excited about it... really excited!" The original No Frills® store was just that, no frills. No product advertising, no store displays, no meat counter, no clerks to bag your groceries, and you had to bring your own bags or pay 3 cents for each. "It doesn't bother me a bit," replied first day customer Frank Atlas when asked about bagging his own
